International Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase our global market presence and revenue. You will manage a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and monitor performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our international sales
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training when needed
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Prepare regular sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an International Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of international sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and drive results under pressure
- Willingness to travel internationally when required

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
