Crane Operator


We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads at construction sites or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor load movements and adjust controls as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted and moved
- Report any accidents or incidents immediately to supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lifting charts
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
