Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Bayan. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project timelines and budgets and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and materials
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Lead project meetings with all stakeholders to discuss progress and address any challenges
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications:
As this is a job for Filipinos in Bayan city who can also speak English fluently,
fluency in English is preferred. Part-time jobs or jobs suitable for students are also welcomed.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
