Information Security Analyst - Umm-Salal, Qatar


We are a leading company in the field of cybersecurity, and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's information systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our systems
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive data
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Investigate security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and best practices to proactively prevent potential attacks
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement security solutions across all systems and devices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security analysis or a similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, encryption techniques, and other security technologies
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Qatari candidates.
