Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Faisalabad. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in every dish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new menu items that reflect current food trends and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels for all ingredients
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes are made to the highest standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
