Executive Chef - Salalah



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Salalah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop seasonal menus that reflect the local culture and cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items to maintain health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as restaurant managers and banquet coordinators, to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean or Middle Eastern flavors preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Oman (visa sponsorship available)

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1700$ per month with additional benefits such as medical insurance, annual flight ticket home, and accommodation allowance.
