We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team at a boutique flower shop in the picturesque city of Clairvaux, France. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions including weddings, parties, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Designing and creating floral arrangements using various types of flowers and foliage
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Managing time effectively to ensure timely completion of orders
- Providing excellent customer service by offering expert advice and recommendations on floral selections
- Collaborating with other team members to create cohesive designs for large events or projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Strong design skills with the ability to create unique arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in event floral design is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Additional compensation may be offered based on experience and performance.
