Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse in Kaunas. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role is perfect for Canadians looking to work abroad or foreigners interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments according to customer requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
