We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, PHP or Python
- In-depth knowledge of web development concepts (e.g. HTTP, cookies, authentication)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
