Waiter for Indian Restaurant in Nairobi


We are in search of an experienced Waiter to join our team at a bustling Indian restaurant in the vibrant city of Nairobi. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders promptly and accurately
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Monitor table occupancy and ensure all tables are clean and properly set up
- Handle guest requests or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant environment
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
