Data Analyst



We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data-mining techniques and tools, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data-mining
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with R or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Nepali is a plus
