Concierge Assistant in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of expenses

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Benefits:
In addition to the salary, we also provide free visa processing for non-Israeli citizens and complimentary air tickets for selected candidates. Unfortunately, we do not provide accommodation for this position.
