Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Jerusalem. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
Salary: $1700 per month
City: Jerusalem, Israel
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience managing a restaurant, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Indian culture and cuisine is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create work schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
This is a temporary position with potential for long-term employment based on performance. Previous experience is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
