As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Hebrew language skills are a plus)
