Commercial Architect


The Commercial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings and structures
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong technical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Location:
This position is located in Braga. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal.

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1400 per month.
