Job Title: Junior Commercial Architect



As a Junior Commercial Architect in our Braga office, you will support our team in designing and executing commercial projects for a wide range of clients. Your role will involve working closely with senior architects to develop innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop initial concepts and designs for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Attend client meetings to present design concepts and provide updates on project progress
- Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs during construction phase
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required
