Land Surveyor

As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas, including natural features, buildings, and boundaries. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS technology and total stations to collect data and prepare reports for construction, engineering, or land development projects. This role requires excellent attention to detail, knowledge of surveying techniques and principles, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other surveying software is also preferred.

As an Indian national working in Muscat, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects in this rapidly developing city. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, which includes accommodation. We are specifically seeking candidates without prior experience in order to train them on our specific methods and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys using GPS technology and total stations
- Prepare accurate maps, drawings, and reports based on collected data
- Analyze data for potential issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
- Train junior staff members on proper surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other surveying software
