Senior Architect for a Renowned Firm in Clairvaux, France



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our renowned firm in Clairvaux, France. As a leading architectural firm in the city, we specialize in designing and constructing innovative and sustainable structures that enhance the beauty of our surroundings.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions that meet their needs. You will also collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to develop comprehensive plans and drawings for each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design development, budgeting, scheduling, construction documentation, and project coordination
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop creative design solutions that meet the functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals of each project
- Create detailed plans, drawings, models, and renderings using industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp)
- Collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately according to plans
- Mentor junior architects on the team by providing guidance and support on various projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working as an architect on various projects
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other industry-standard software for creating detailed plans and drawings
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
