Project Manager



We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
