Executive Chef - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and overall food quality at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality food production and efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create new dishes and oversee the presentation of all food items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to obtain a work visa for Qatar

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Some relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
