Part-Time Office Assistant



We are looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team in Muharraq. This position is ideal for students who are looking to gain experience in a professional setting while earning some extra income.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as copying, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Must be a student or have availability to work part-time hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)

This position includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

This job is located in Muharraq.
