IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology in our company. Your main duties will include maintaining and upgrading our computer systems, networks, and software programs to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing the IT budget, making strategic decisions about technology investments, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of computer systems, networks, and software programs
- Manage the IT budget and make strategic decisions about technology investments
- Provide technical support to employees
- Ensure that our company's data is secure from cyber threats
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Train employees on new technology tools or systems as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within the company
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software programs
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Knowledge of cybersecurity measures to protect company data
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting technical issues

Location: Wiltz (preferably Indian candidates)

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time options for the right candidate.
