Seasonal Executive Chef for International Resort in Jeddah
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at an international resort located in Jeddah. As a seasonal employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented culinary team while living and working in a beautiful location.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the resort's culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to high quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus that cater to guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Knowledge of international cuisine and food trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
