Hotel Manager - Luxury Accommodation and Services


Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with previous experience managing a luxury hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Create and maintain budgets for each department
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel through various channels
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products are received at competitive prices
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of successful budget management
- Knowledge of reservation systems and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Nationality: Nepali preferred but open to foreigners with relevant experience

Language: Proficiency in English preferred but not required
