Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to increase sales and revenue, while also ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team
- Set challenging but achievable targets for the team
- Train and motivate team members to achieve their targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on competitors' activities
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a multicultural environment
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
We offer competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with other benefits such as annual leave, health insurance, etc. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
