Senior Architectural Designer

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction drawings
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and efficiency
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients as needed
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
