Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Alta, Norway
Salary: $1300/month
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Alta, Norway. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales management, and experience in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work part-time hours including weekends if needed
