Junior Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals)

We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in designing and creating plans for new construction projects, renovations, and interior design. You will also collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that designs meet project requirements and budget constraints. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals. We welcome applicants without prior experience in the field of architecture, as long as they have the passion and drive to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural designs for various projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations for project compliance
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design proposals
- Work closely with engineers and contractors during the construction phase to ensure design integrity

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for architecture and eagerness to learn

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
