Teamlead - Project Management (Indian Nationals)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our project management team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and lead projects for global clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of project managers and oversee the execution of all projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations
- Experience working with global clients is preferred
- PMP certification is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month
