Urgent Construction Manager in Bungoma, Nepal


We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Nepal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to speak English fluently.

Additional Information:
