Computer Support Specialist


We are a leading technology company based in Dickirch, seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their computer systems are operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position with the possibility of long-term employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems.
- Train users on new technology or software as needed.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (accommodation provided)

Contract type: Full-time (with possibility of long-term employment)
