Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar

Our company in Doha is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the Kenyan market, and be able to drive sales and increase revenue. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve overall sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Kenyan market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Kiswahili is an advantage)
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Willingness to travel within Qatar or internationally as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday. Biometric passport is required for employment.
