Commercial Architect - Shan, India



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements and budget
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research materials and building codes to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Provide guidance to a team of architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
