Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution


We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Atlanta. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power distribution systems for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering principles and experience with power distribution systems. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power distribution systems for various projects
- Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to determine project requirements and specifications
- Create detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports
- Conduct tests on prototypes and provide feedback for improvements
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation or testing phases
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide technical support to technicians and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on power distribution systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Experience with power system analysis software such as ETAP or SKM PowerTools
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (NEC, IEEE)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1800 per month but may vary depending on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Atlanta but we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
