Sales Manager - Balzers, Pakistan
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Balzers region of Pakistan. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals. Your main goal will be to increase sales and expand the companyβs customer base in this market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companyβs products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Pakistani market
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Must be willing to travel within Pakistan for business purposes
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in Urdu (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1000$ per month.
