DevOps Developer

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Open to Foreigners)

Salary: $1600 USD/month



We are seeking a talented DevOps Developer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for our development and operations teams to work efficiently. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain automation tools for configuration management, deployment and monitoring of our systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, testing and production environments
- Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats
- Develop scripts for automating routine tasks
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Perl)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem. However, we welcome candidates from abroad who are willing to relocate. We offer a competitive salary of $1600 USD/month plus benefits. This is not an English-speaking role; however, proficiency in English is a plus.
