Job Title: Tiler Supervisor



We are looking for an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Triesen. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Plan and schedule tiling projects according to client requirements and deadlines
- Ensure proper use of materials and equipment by the team
- Train new tilers on techniques, safety procedures, and company standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain inventory of materials and order supplies as needed
- Implement measures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a tiler supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Must have a valid work permit in Liechtenstein or be willing to obtain one
