Part Time Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Manage overall restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Maintain financial records and report on budget performance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus and daily specials
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Must have completed high school education (12 pass)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.
