We are searching for an experienced Welder to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment such as gas torches, electric arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, grease or other debris
- Position and secure workpieces using clamps or jigs to ensure proper alignment during welding
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing welding tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various welding tools and techniques
- Knowledge of different types of metal alloys and their properties
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise welds
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Welding from a recognized institution or organization
- Previous experience working with stainless steel or aluminum materials
