Teamlead for English-Speaking International Team in Jerusalem


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international team in Jerusalem. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of English-speaking professionals from Canada, the Philippines, and other countries. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of professionals to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and cross-functional communication
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for their development
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in leading a team, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of project management principles is an asset
