Nepali-Speaking Concierge in Jerusalem

We are seeking a Nepali-Speaking Concierge to join our team in Jerusalem. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and assistance to our guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires fluent Nepali language skills, as well as proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide recommendations and assist with booking reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and policies to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Jerusalem

Accommodation: Provided

Visa & Ticket: Visa sponsorship provided along with free ticket to Jerusalem.

Nationality Preference: Nepali
