Caregiver for Elderly in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Caregiver to provide care and support to elderly individuals in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to help improve the quality of life for our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor for any side effects or changes in health
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation with clients
- Accompany clients on outings or appointments as needed
- Keep track of client's schedule and ensure they attend important appointments or events
- Monitor changes in client's health or behavior and report any concerns to supervisor or family members
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role (experience with elderly individuals preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship may be provided)
- Physical ability to assist with daily activities such as lifting, bending, etc.

Salary: 1200$ per month
