Restaurant Manager (English Speaking)

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant located in the beautiful city of Balzers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for the restaurant owner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and motivation
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for managing finances and budgets
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
