Chemical Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist


As a Chemical Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving our company's chemical processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with industry best practices. Your role will also involve analyzing data, conducting research, and utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing chemical processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot any process-related issues that arise during production.
- Research new technologies, materials, and methodologies in the chemical industry to improve our processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the handling of chemicals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Chemical Engineer in a production setting.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Note: This position is open to Pakistani nationals currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position suitable for men only.
