We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at a men's salon in beautiful Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and grooming services to our clients. This position is suitable for men of any nationality who are fluent in English and have the necessary skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their hair and grooming needs
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services using various techniques
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
- Uphold high standards of sanitation and sterilization according to industry regulations
- Keep up-to-date with current trends, styles, and techniques in men's grooming
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and styles for men
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
