We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Braga. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with other team members to ensure coordination and smooth operations on site
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, preferably in the construction industry
- Valid license or certification to operate heavy equipment
- Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their functions
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
