We are a leading retail company in Jeddah, renowned for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of inventory management.

Job Overview:
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our stores. You will work closely with other departments to forecast demand, plan purchases, and optimize inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Analyze data from sales reports to identify slow-moving or excess stock.
- Develop strategies to minimize stock loss and improve accuracy of inventory records.
- Train and supervise inventory staff on proper procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices.
- Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
