Sales Executive

Our company, a leading sales firm in Oslo, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the company
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Fluent in English (Norwegian or other languages are a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Norway
