Waiter/Waitress

We are in need of a customer-oriented and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in the vibrant city of Al-Malikiyah. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Ensure tables are clean and set for new diners
- Answer any questions about menu items or restaurant policies
- Collaborate with other waitstaff to provide excellent service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
