Moderator for English-speaking Community in Clairvaux


We are seeking a passionate and skilled Moderator to join our dynamic team in Clairvaux. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the online community of English-speaking users, ensuring that discussions are respectful, informative, and engaging. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the online community and enforce community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to questions, comments, and concerns
- Facilitate discussions by asking thought-provoking questions and sharing relevant information
- Identify and address any potential conflicts or issues within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to improve the overall user experience
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and events related to the community's interests

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with users in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices for moderation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Prior experience in social media management or online moderation is a plus
